15qbet Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Guidelines

1 Definitions and Scope

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the website 15qbet.net, its subdomains, mobile applications, and all services provided by 15qbet.
• "User" or "you" is any individual who accesses or uses the platform after creating a registered account.
• "Account" is the individual profile created by the user upon registration, linked to their CPF and personal details.
• "Balance" is the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account to place bets or request withdrawals.
• "Bet" is any financial transaction placed by the user on a sporting event, casino game, or other category available on the platform.
• "Bonus" are amounts credited by 15qbet under specific conditions of use, as described in the corresponding promotion.

These Terms apply to all services of the 15qbet: sports betting on football (Brasileirão, Libertadores, Copa do Brasil), MMA & UFC, e-sports (CS2, CBLOL, Valorant, Free Fire), Live Casino, slots, and crash games.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create an account on 15qbet, you must cumulatively meet all of the requirements below:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF;
• Not be enrolled in a self-exclusion program at 15qbet or any other betting platform;
• Not be an employee or immediate family member of an employee of 15qbet;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts, as defined by the Brazilian Civil Code.

Each user may hold only an active account at 15qbet. Creating duplicate accounts — even with different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved and the freezing of balances pending a compliance review.

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. The 15qbet is not liable for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user, including withdrawal delays caused by a mismatch between the registered CPF and the Pix key provided.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

The 15qbet applies identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations and user protection standards. Verification may be requested:

• At the time of the first withdrawal;
• When transaction volume reaches certain internal thresholds;
• At any time the compliance team deems necessary to protect the account;
• If irregular activity is suspected or there are conflicts in the account's registered data.

Documents that may be requested include: a government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport), proof of address issued within the last 90 days, and proof of the payment method used. Document processing takes up to 3 business days after all files have been successfully submitted.

Failure to complete the verification process within the communicated deadline may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawals. The 15qbet does not permanently withhold balances due to incomplete KYC when the user cooperates diligently with the process.

4 Deposits

The 15qbet accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

• Pix — primary method, processed instantly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
• Boleto bancário — compensation within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit and debit card — all major card networks, instant processing;
• PicPay — via digital wallet, instant processing;
• Mercado Pago — via digital wallet, instant processing;
• TED Transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. No deposit fee is charged by 15qbet, but your financial institution may charge its own fees for certain methods. Your balance becomes available for betting as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the system.

The 15qbet reserves the right to refuse deposits originating from sources other than the account holder. Deposits sent by third parties — including family members — may be held for review and returned to the source.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available for balances earned from settled bets and for deposited funds that have not been used, subject to the conditions of these Terms. The default withdrawal method is Pix, processed to the PIX key registered under the account holder's CPF.

The minimum amount per withdrawal request is R$ 30.00. No withdrawal fee is charged by 15qbet. Processing times vary according to the user's VIP Program level:

• Bronze and no VIP tier: up to 24 hours on business days;
• Silver: up to 12 hours;
• Gold: up to 30 minutes;
• Platinum: up to 15 minutes;
• Diamond: within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day.

Withdrawals are subject to completion of the identity verification (KYC) process for new users or for requests above certain limits. Withdrawals funded by bonus balance may be subject to additional conditions outlined in the terms of the relevant promotion.

6 General Betting Rules

A bet is considered placed and final at the moment the user confirms the slip and the system generates a confirmation code. From that point on, changes or cancellations are not possible, except in the situations described below.

The 15qbet may cancel or void bets in the following circumstances:

• Publication of odds containing an obvious technical error (for example, odds below 1.00 or clearly inconsistent with market value);
• Event cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or held under conditions substantially different from those originally scheduled;
• Evidence of result manipulation or irregularity confirmed by the event's organizing body;
• A technical failure that compromises the integrity of the bet record.

If a bet is canceled, the full staked amount is returned to the user's account balance. Bets on postponed events that take place within 24 hours of the original date are generally kept active, with the final result applied once the event concludes.

For parlay bets, if one event on the ticket is canceled, the parlay is recalculated without that selection. If only one valid selection remains, the bet is treated as a single with the remaining odds.

7 Live Betting

Live betting lets users place bets while an event is in progress, with odds updated in real time as the action unfolds. This mode is available for football (Brasileirão, Libertadores, Copa do Brasil), UFC, e-sports (CS2, LoL/CBLOL, Valorant), and other sports covered by 15qbet.

Due to the dynamic nature of live betting, the 15qbet may temporarily suspend markets during critical match moments — a goal, a penalty, a decisive UFC round, a map switch in CS2 — to update the odds. Bets submitted during these periods may be declined or returned, with the stake credited back to your balance.

The 15qbet is not responsible for transmission delays between the live match and the user's stream. Bets placed based on information from a delayed broadcast remain valid according to the actual state of the game at the time the bet was placed.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

The 15qbet offers bonuses and periodic promotions for both new and existing users. Each promotion has specific conditions described on the relevant page or notification — these specific conditions take precedence over the general rules in the event of a conflict.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses at 15qbet:

• Bonuses have an expiration date — any unused bonus balance after the deadline is automatically forfeited;
• Each promotion is eligible once per user, CPF, device, IP address, and payment method, unless otherwise stated;
• Promotion abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — constitutes prohibited conduct and may result in account closure;
• Bonuses with a rollover (wagering) requirement must have the eligible bet amount wagered the specified number of times before any resulting balance can be withdrawn;
• The VIP Program cashback has no rollover requirement — it is credited as real balance available for immediate withdrawal.

The 15qbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end promotions at any time, with prior notice to eligible users whenever possible.

9 VIP Program

The VIP Program of the 15qbet is automatic — any registered user with an active account participates from their first deposit. Levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond) are determined by total betting volume from the previous month and updated on the first day of each month.

Bets across any mode available on the platform — football, UFC, e-sports, slots, live casino, crash games — contribute equally to your monthly volume. The weekly cashback is calculated on the gross betting volume from the previous week (Monday through Sunday) and credited automatically every Monday.

VIP status may be downgraded if monthly volume falls below the current tier's requirement. Users who have held a tier for three or more consecutive months are granted an additional 30-day grace period before any downgrade is applied. 10 Casino, Slots & Crash Games

The live casino, slots, and crash game categories available on 15qbet are provided by certified software suppliers and are subject to the same general account, deposit, and withdrawal rules set out in these Terms. Game-specific rules — including slot paylines, blackjack rules, and crash game mechanics — are displayed within each game's interface.

The 15qbet does not interfere with the algorithms or outcomes of games provided by certified suppliers. All games operate with random number generators (RNG) independently audited by third parties. Live casino games are streamed in real time with professional dealers. Participating in these sessions requires available balance at the time of the bet — it is not possible to bet on credit or use bonus balance in games that are not eligible for that specific promotion.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on 15qbet and may result in immediate account closure, balance freeze, and notification to the relevant authorities:

• Use of bots, scripts, automation software, or any tool that simulates human activity on the platform;
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent of claiming bonuses or repeatedly exploiting promotions;
• Match-fixing or collusion with other users or participants in the events being wagered on;
• Using the platform for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any other criminal purpose;
• Attempting unauthorized access to other users' accounts or to 15qbet's internal systems;
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Platform access by users under 18, including through the use of third-party credentials.

In the event of closure due to prohibited conduct, 15qbet will conduct a full audit of the transactions. Balances arising from legitimate bets may be returned upon completion of the review, at the discretion of the compliance team.

12 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential — including your email, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The 15qbet recommends:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 15qbet account that is not shared with any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication in your account's security settings;
• Never share your credentials with third parties, including family members;
• Log out when using shared devices.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact 15qbet support immediately at 15qbet at suporte@15qbet.net or via live chat. The team may temporarily suspend your account to investigate and protect your available balance.

The 15qbet does not request passwords, verification codes, or banking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp messages not initiated by the user. Be cautious of any communication asking for this type of information.

13 Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

The 15qbet processes users' personal data in compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Data collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:

• User account creation and maintenance;
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Identity verification and fraud prevention;

• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account through support — the 15qbet will not open a new account for the same CPF following permanent self-exclusion;

15 Account Closure

The user may close their account at 15qbet at any time by submitting a request to support at suporte@15qbet.net. Before the account is closed, any open bets will be settled and the available balance will be returned via Pix to the key registered under the account holder's CPF, once the KYC process is complete if still pending.

The 15qbet may close or suspend an account in the following situations: breach of any clause in these Terms, well-founded suspicion of fraud or manipulation, more than 24 months of inactivity with no available balance, or at the request of a competent authority.

In the event of closure at the initiative of the 15qbet for reasons unrelated to prohibited user conduct, the available balance will be refunded in full via Pix within up to 5 business days following formal notice to the user.

16 Limitation of Liability

The 15qbet is not liable for financial losses arising from betting — the outcome of sports events and casino games is inherently uncertain, and the risk lies entirely with the user. The platform provides access to betting markets and does not guarantee any financial return.

The 15qbet is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party failures, or force majeure events;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence (such as sharing passwords or logging in on unsecured devices);
• Betting decisions based on information obtained outside the platform or from delayed broadcasts;
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third parties — financial institutions, card processors, or banking infrastructure failures.

In any case where liability is recognized by the 15qbet, the maximum compensation is limited to the user's account balance at the time of the damaging event, unless otherwise required by applicable law in Brazil.

17 Changes to These Terms

The 15qbet may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in platform operations, new legal requirements, or improvements to the services offered. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address and a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account before the effective date by following the procedure described in section 15.

18 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and the regulations applicable to the sports betting market in Brazil.

For dispute resolution, 15qbet encourages users to reach out directly to support at suporte@15qbet.net as a first step. Most issues are resolved within 48 business hours with no formal procedure required.

If an amicable resolution is not possible, the courts of the user's municipality of residence in Brazil shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms, in accordance with Article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
